1. Introduction
SHINTSHA (Registration No. 2025/409816/07) is a South African retailer offering health supplements, skincare, fragrances, wellness products, and beauty products from selected brands including Bella Essence, INUKA, and other trusted brands. Our store is located at Shop No. 10, 320 West Street, Durban, 4001. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Products, Pricing & Availability
Product descriptions, pricing, and images are provided as accurately as possible, but actual product packaging may differ from images shown on this website. Product availability is subject to stock. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice. Promotions are valid while stocks last.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Accepted payment methods include EFT, Cash, Card Payments, and other approved methods. SHINTSHA reserves the right to decline orders, limit quantities, or cancel orders due to pricing or system errors, with refunds provided where applicable.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by couriers, public holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond SHINTSHA’s control. Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products. Opened supplements, skincare products, fragrances, cosmetics, and wellness products cannot be returned unless defective. 6. Health Supplement Disclaimer
Health supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or living with medical conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All SHINTSHA branding, logos, graphics, and content remain the intellectual property of SHINTSHA and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted under South African law. SHINTSHA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
